I'm looking for a keyword tool (preferably free) that would allow me to mix a list of keywords into random order and also uppercase them. Is there any tool you know that would do that?

I bet Excel will do all that easily. Assign a random number to each keyword then do a sort. There's probably an uppercase function in there as well.

Excel may not be a very effective solution. I would prefer a tool that has a function specifically designed for that purpose.

Shrug. It'd work though. No programming required. I doubt you'll find a tool out of the box to do it. So either pay a programmer to write it custom, or just dump it into excel and DIY.
