if we take rankings daily thus this cause -30 penalty noticed, -350 penalty noticed, -950 penalty noticed for the site - is this real, have anybody have experienced this .

What would happen if you checked your competitors rankings daily?
I don't think Google will penalize you for checking your rankings, but they may disallow you from running any more queries for a single day.
