I am wondering in case links are build within a reasonable limit say 4 from same IP in a month, will that be considered spam.

Any experience here that one can share will be appreciated.

Thanks

That doesn't sound like something that is likely to hurt you (unless it is spam and you get a hand review). I've got a number of sites on the same IP interlinking without any problem - but the internlinking is natural.

I also have several sites on the same IP address. They all interlink extensively but only when the themes are related. It doesn't cause any problems. The important thing is to make sure you only link sites that are related by theme or topic. Don't start linking an automobile site to a restaurant site or you'll run into trouble eventually.

Yeah, I wouldn't argue that point. I've seen unrelated interlinking work on and off again in the past, but I think it's not working right now just based on what I've seen in my industry.

Related linking should be fine. The blog bone's connected to the forum bone, the forum bone's connected to the ecommerce bone, the ecommerce bone's connected to the directory bone, and all that.
