When surfing web to know about SEO, i found one interested topic on the net which is mentioned below

Pages themed specifically to deliver content aimed at a keyword and then embedded in a website, a practice now known as ‘content pages’.

so i would like to know what is content pages aimed at a keyword , your views, suggestions, ideas are most welcome

They're known as pre-sell pages. The idea is that people clicking through will be "pre-sold" and ready to buy something on your site.

The term "pre-sell" is in my opinion a laughably transparent attempt to hide what it really is, which is a paid link for influencing the SERPs through a themed page.

It's not that funny when it works, unless you're talking about laughing all the way to the bank :).

MB, are you not a believer in presell pages like that? I love them. If there are concerns about them, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Oh I believe in them. They work. What I find humorous is the painful contortions some of these people go through to make these links sound like anything but what they really are. Calling them pre-sell is a silly attempt to hide the fact that they're paid links. It's like a child masking their face behind their hands and believing they can't be seen. It's silly.

I just wished they grew a couple and acted like MEN and marketed them exactly as what they are. Everybody knows what they're selling, so why bother hiding what is painfully obvious and out in the open? I have a blog post about this very thing in draft mode right now.
