I want to submit articles to some site to make links for my site. Here are some questions.
1, Can I submit an article existed in my site? If not, what if I modified it a little?
2, Can I submit an article to some sites at the same time?

You need to read the rules at the sites you intend to submit your work to.

Each has their own terms and conditions; some may insist on original work, others might not be concerned at all.

Be sure that you will get something in return for your work - in akmost every case, you give your hard work, they give you ... nothing.
