SEO Elite, GMail Possible for SMTP Setup?

Is it possible to use your GMail account as the SMTP Configuration with SEO Elite?

I have tried to do this and get an error message.

Just wondering if there is an easy way to do this? If not able to use GMail, what other ISP email can be used besides Outlook?

No, I think you need to use a STMP server
from your webhost or ISP
