Hello guys,

I intend to buy new domains in order to help my web sites. I´m doing a research about the best practices to promote NEW domains. That´s a good subject to discuss and i hope my fellows on webmasterworld are able to help on this question.

So how can i promote fastly NEW domains?

that is a VERY vague question. If you wish to get a reasonable answer then I would suggest giving specifics.

I´d like to start a campaign to promote my web sites. I decided to buy new domains. Those new domains will work the main categories, negative words and locations of my niche. For example:

- locationcategorie.com or
- locationcategorienegativeword.com

Those categories are already worked in my site. The idea is to link new domains related to my categories to the main pages what work those categories.

In fact i´d like to know some good steps to ranking new domains with this propose.

Are you trying to buy expired or auctioned off domains that may have had a good PR before?

I can only suspect that you are talking about buying domains and redirecting the type-in traffic?

it's very low value..

You said "new" domains.

If your idea is to create new websites just to link them to your existing site in hopes of boosting the existing site PR...

Technicaly it may work a long way down the line but most likely you're wasting your time. What little benefit can be had is by far outweighed by the loss of time that wont be spent improving your existing site.
