During initial link development process which lasts a year or more we accumulate lots of reciprocal and one way links. Many of us does the link acquire only to his/her main page or domain name eg: example.com. Other inner pages are left. As the link building as a tedious a boring process for one page only. I wonder how other webmaster managed to get links for their individual pages. I want to know that if my home page gets good PR then is it going to effect the SERP positions of my inner pages without links. Please share you knowledge how to get links for all pages.

Linking to inner pages is what you call deep linking...

Submit your pages on deep links directories..

It is like submitting your site but this time the inner pages...

Create hubs and point links to the hubs. The hubs will become closer entry pages for spiders to drill down to the individual pages.

Are you getting links to good content or crap content? Crap content and good content require different strategies. Please be more specific.
