How much to pay someone per relavant link

Hi,

I have launched my next web site. This time however I do not have the time to get IBLs to my site as I have another project I need to start.

So I have a trusted person who I know is capable of determining if a site is good to approach for a link.

I am located in the mid west in the US. How much per link is fair?

$30 USD per link would be reasonable for good quality links, depending on how you qualify them, for instance, on relavent pages with less than dozens of links and all from different IP addresses.

By posting this I am not advertising that I will pay this much for links, so please don't contact me wanting to be a link hound for $30 a link. Nonetheless, $30 is a reasonable price for enduring quality links.

$15-$20 would be good enough if its a reciprocal link

It can go more expensive if its one way link

There isn't any simple formula. No two people will agree on what is a "good" link or a "relevant" link. If you need lots of links, you should look at hiring someone offshore but get to know them for some time before setting up an ongoing contract.

I usually pay between $5-30 per month for a text link that is PageRank 1-4. Do you guys think that is reasonable? (Recently I have been having a tough time finding websites looking for links)
