actually i've the opportunity to get links on over 50.000 pages of one domain. All links can point to different theme relevant pages of my domain. But the matching is a lot of work.
Does anyone has experiences in such linking strategy. I know that sitewide links (especially footer links) are counting less in google. But my question is, how are sitewide theme relevant links to different pages counted by google. I'am not really sure if its pay off to spent time in a matching for the links & pages.
btw: both pages are really old and have a high page rank.
thx

Try not to think of how google would view it, ask yourself, how much traffic will i get from these links?
If the answer is not a lot then dont bother, but if the answer is yes then google is unimportant.
My point is leave google out of the equation and concentrate on gaining traffic from links not pr, if by chance google views these links as a good thing then thats a nice bonus for you, if not then you havent wasted your time, dont gamble away your much valued time on google.
