How to find GOOD related sites for reciprocal linking?

Need tips on how to find good related websites.

Hello everyone. Im new to the forum and Im in internet marketing for a couple of months now but I am still having problems in finding good related websites for reciprocal linking? I have searched google, yahoo, msn etc. using my site's keywords, just to get the "right" websites but i can only get a few good sites.
Anybody, who can give me tips on how to go about finding good related websites?

You should take note that your aim should be to get one way links. There are many ways to do this and you should read this forums Charter for many great threads on this topic.

Actually i have done searches. What I used in looking for related sites is keyword "add url", keyword "submit site etc. I used that kind of format.
Is there another way where I can find good websites to link to aside from that one? I tried to visit and read as many threads in here where I could get information about my problem but I seem to can't find any solution or a tip on it.

Have you tried looking at who links to your competitors?

Try linkdomain:www.example.com on Yahoo! and see which sites/pages come up.

Take a look through these threads:

This should give you a better idea of what to do.

You should also Write articles:
[webmasterworld.com ]

and also a thread on reciprocal links
[webmasterworld.com ]

This should provide you with all the ifnormation you need.

Look at the inbound links of the top sites in your field. Use Yahoo as the Google backlinks function is limited.

Write to those sites that have linked to your competeters and tell then about your great site. Unless they have a link trading section there is no need to request a trade.

Since they have linked to sites like yours in the past you have a better chance of getting a link.

Hi,

This is common problem for all new comers. Try to follow my prescription, I am sure you will find the right links.
Step 1: take one of your keyword; example "golf break"
Step2: Now go to Google and type "golf break site:http://www.yourdomain.com" and you will find all related site against this keyword.

I just started playing with Arelis and IBP .. for link developement it kicks up all the info you need and organises it and works fairly well ..

The problem with link developement remains the same finding good relevant sites that are willing, able and happy to reciprocate.

Sending out emails does not work on it's own, but if you follow up with a phone call you will get much better results ..
