Hello,
I am about to release a script, and those who'll use it on their website, will have a link to my site, that the script outputs at the end. It will be like the phpbb forum that has a link to the creator's url at the end.

Now i'm wondering, if many people use this script or if that happens in a short period of time, will the search engine think i'm spamming links around? or should it be ok?

How many links are you talking about? If its less then a few hundred, then donīt worry. If it's more then it could be a problem.

I don't know how many, I believe it will be around 100 at once when i release it (or maybe more, i'll know once i release it). So i should be fine if what you say is true... i hope so. I've read somewhere that getting links slowly is ok, but lots of links at once may search engines see as spam... that's why i'm asking..

btw..tnx to the mod that edited my title ;) ...
