which directory will accept a new site?
If i need to advertise on the sites which relative to my site?

We don't allow lists of directories, or allow people to promote other sites here. So your request for specifics can't really be answered on WebmasterWorld without breaking our TOS [webmasterworld.com].

Promoting a blog is somewhat different than promoting a regular site. Blogs are about communities.
