i need to knwo if i will redirct the country specific domain to any folder of my site, so it this fine with SEO
example:
mysite.co.in
redirect to
mysite.com/india

if this is fine that which URL i suppose to using in link building

you should point the link to the page you want to receive the benefit of the link. Try to avoid linking to a page that is going to redirect to another page. Sounds kind of shady to me.
