Here's a good one that I have not seen discussed.

It's regarding links and articles. Is it ok to place a link at the bottom of an article not written by you?

I have written several articles and I have noticed that people who have been using them on their site has been placing their own links at the bottom of the article.

I know they are not allowed to place links in the body of the article but is it ok to add a link at the bottom after an article?

This has happeneing to my articles I have been writting and I am wondering if they are allowed to do this?

Well, what terms are you using when you give them permission to reprint the article?

The terms are usually set by the sites that publish my articles.

What happens is later I would find my articles on other websites. The problem is although my entire article in intacted, they are using my keywords in the body of the letter and linking them to other sites. Probably for a profit or to gain an inbound link etc....

Since I am the publisher of this original article, how can they take my article and use it, alter it (with a link) without my permission.

Is this legal?

The terms of the article sites you are likely submitting to are more than likely that they have permission to reprint as long as they keep the bio in tact. If you find they're not doing that, you can send a cease and desist telling them to either properly credit the article or remove the content all together. However, if it is a scraper site, you won't make much headway.
