I know it's been the accepted wisdom from the year dot, but over time I'd have expected to see a lot more " Why PR6 with 7 links?" threads that didn't have easy explanations.
So who's convinced there is?

Yeah I've seen a fair share of pr6 sites with 10 crummy IBLs. I am pretty sure 301's pass link juice, but it seems to a take a long while.
