Link Development & your ISP

Any guess on how many emails you can send out in a day before your local isp starts blocking your mail? I've had my isp jumping up and down with 20 email requests. Could it be something in my email that is causing the problem or the sites I'm sending them to?

any ideas?

I know that a large DSL provider in the northeast has limits based on emails per hour on their low end accounts. They put a temporary hold on your outgoing emails. 20 eph is their cut off.
