Can anybody tell me about that how that the cluster that becomes from link structrue affetct about our page ranking?

e.g three way links.one way links, reciprocal links.

Recently i came to about link structrue that " THREE WAY LINKS ARE FAR BETTER THAN ONE WAY LINKS"
