PRWEB. Go live on Friday or Monday?

Anybody experienced with this?

I'm about to send out a press release on Friday and I got to thinking that the day of the week might matter. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Only those that have actually sent out several prweb press releases, please.

I have found Tuesdays to be the best day. For both PR Web, and standard press releases.

Is it worth waiting? I'm pretty anxious to get going, but if it's a noticeable difference.
What about international press releases, it would make more sense to do it between 12 and 6 am here in the states?

Tuesday, would be ideal since most folks opt for Monday's. Are you planning on contributing to PRWEB to increase your exposure? Make sure you have an editorial score of at least 4 so that your release will qualify for "advanced distribution options." Which basically means you can pay more money for more perks. As far as link development goes, I hope you won't be disappointed. I got a few links out of my press release, so it wasn't a total waste of money. But, I wouldn't expect too much.

My editorial review was 5. Tuesday makes sense to me. I've had pretty good luck with both traffic and links to my site. It's very news worthy so that helps I think.

I've had many news releases written (professionally and otherwise) I've never been able to acheive an editorial score more than a 4.
