In the HTML code of one of my link partners 'links' pages, are the traces of a links management program.

My handy toolbar tells me the page has a PR of 2, thus at some point it was indexed by G.

However, now I check the index of the page, and Google says that it doesn't have anything.

Should I dump this link partner?

No,you shouldn't.
Google "link" option is not reliable; It shows only a sample of links and it also depends on datacenter updating.
You should use more specific tools if you want a better analysis.
