Hi,

Can anyone exchange there format of link directory email format.

and do you have seperate customized email format for each site or is it a sandard format or a variation from the standard format.

I'm not sure what you mean, but let's assume you are asking how I format my interactive forms for requests to exchange links. On many of my sites, I just ask them to send me an email with the URL of their site and the title and description text, along with the URL where they've alrady posted a link to my site.

On my own website, I have an interactive HTML form which asks for all that information as well as a password, and a drop down menu to select the category where they want their link added.
