can someone tell me whts the difference and how you calculate them in ur website?

IBL = Inbound Links. Those are the links that are pointing to your website.

Outbounds are links from your website to other websites.

The best way to check how many IBLs you have is to check in Yahoo using linkdomain:yourdomain.com.

Don't bother using Google because they only show a sampling, not everything.
