I have a question about these back links. I have searched on which sites a competitor is being linked from and would like to try and get some of those sites to link to me as well. Now when I get the list of back links, and then I search for the actual page to see the link of the competitor I get nothing, this is usally for universities. I have emailed the uni to get some info, but still no reply. Is there a simply trick I am missing here? Is my competitor just putting his details into their guest book and that gives him the back link? Any ideas?
