Since last week or so Im getting lot of emails from Pharma sites asking to get exchange links with them. My site is not at all linked or related with their business service but in my link resources I do have some listing which are not related to kind of service that we offer.
Shall I link with them or forget them

It depends. Do you want to link to these kinds of sites? Are these sites using black hat SEO techniques? You don't want to link out to sites that have a chance of getting banned from the SEs.

If the sites are quality from your point of view and think they can add value to your visitors, then you should go for the link exchange.
But it would be better to stay away from non related theme sites...to save you lotta heasache..
