we can't really have these kinds of posts because they invite too much self promotion. There are a couple of well regarded software out there (paid). I don't know of any freeware ones.
That doesn't mean they don't exist. But if they do, you'll likely find it at hotscripts, tucows, or download.com. Good luck.
