Link Detection from Single Sites?

is it possible to tell if a single website contains your link?

Well the headline pretty much says it all but...
I was pretty sure G and Y had some way of inputting both your webiste and another website and having the search engine detect whether or not there was a link within said website. Or am I just wishful thinking? Too many backlinks to cross-reference. Need help. Thanks!

Well in yahoo.com
Go to advanced search and enter
linkdomain:www.example.com in 'all of these words'
and in 'only search in this domain/site:' enter your own domain.

That works a treat.

Thanks, that works pretty well! I wish Google had less filters so I could use it to figure out the exact links but this is good too. While still somewhat on this subject does anyone know if Google actually counts some links that it doesn't show using link: or are those the only ones they use to determine the factor for page rankings (I realize there are many other factors to deduce this as well)
