I am trying to set up a link for my site for other webmasters to post on the site. What is the best way to write the link for seo?
My site has an & in the name, is it best to leave it out of the link text?

Example & Text
thanks
Elizabeth

Vary the link text to better fly under the radar.
example:

Examples
Examples & Widgets
Widgets & Examples

If you use the same anchor text in every link you get, example: big blue widgets then you risk being penalised for keyword spamming... i.e: you probably won't rank anywhere for 'big blue widgets'

Logic suggests that this doesn't bear true for your domain name in the anchor text though.

Basically, vary the text between the and tags like:
blue widgets
big blue widgets
big colourful widgets
widgets that are blue

You get the picture! :-)

Hi

i would suggest you to make a anchor text for link.
is that

put you are primary keyword in to the title and In description make the siple which contain all the keywords and make a sense to that sense.
