Linking to a site that is well ranked but uses keyword repeats? Link?

It's well ranked. Link to it or not? Possible problems? Please help.

Hi everybody:)

I was recently looking for some links. I found a website that is ranked well and wanted to link to it. Only problem is that it seems to have keyword repeats in the <h1> and <h2>
tags. Also, it does'nt seem to be selling anything. The homepage only lists ads and links. The page lists about 25 links including ads.

The page is setup like this:

<h1>widget</h1> and immediately underneath it is the <h2>widget</h2> keyword repeated again.

The site is ranked well. So do you think it would be a good idea to link to this site?

Does it provide good information - Information that your visitors would like then yes.

I just try to use common sence when dealing with links..

I suggest to ingore it. If the site has no added-value to your visitors and provides no real information, it will soon or later have no value for Google as well. I think it's a matter of time before Google drops this site from SERPs.
