I have to train a new link manager

I am about to hire a new link manager and need to train him on the whole process. I will be sending him for reading and to learn as much as he can.

But I would like to be able to point out the best threads of all time on Lin Development. Can anyone share links to their best threads?

You might want to sort the library by MsgCount it seems to bring some of the good ones to the front.
