I have a web page with 9 diffrents topics (very differents) and i want to know wich page must I link to when I make a link exchange : the index or each page separetely.

A good mix of both should work well and seems most natural IMO. Mileage will vary.

This may be a case where interlinking could help. The Internet.com properties all interlink but because of unique content it is perfectly valid.
