Finding Link Partners

Any desktop crawlers?

I've got a good list of relevant URLs on the same topic as my site. (Have used both Zeus & Arelis but want something else)

What I need is a very simple but stable desktop crawler which can crawl through a list of sites to find phrases like "link exchange".

We've also used "web data extractor" but it doesn't seem to crawl through sites particularly well.

If there any desktop app out there which is simple yet stable for the above purpose?

I'd like to know of any good software as well. DIY is great and all, but for me I'd rather have efficiency.

This discussion is difficult to have without promoting one product or another. I recently allowed discussions about specific tools so that this can get out in the open a little- without the thread becoming promotional in nature.
