I have a large web site with many subdirectories

homepage/dira/suba
homepage/dirb/subb
homepage/dirc/subc

I have several domain names. I want to use these domain names to point into the site as follows:

urla - redirects to homepage/dira/suba
urlb - redirects to homepage/dirb/subb
urlc - redirects to homepage/dirc/subc

Question:
Is it considered safe to do this as long as homepage/dir"x"/sub"x" don't link back to
url"x"?

Any opinions greatly appreciated.

As long as it was a redirect (as in 301 redirect), I don't think it would be a problem even if you did link to the domains (but it wouldn't make much sense).

To rephrase, what you're doing looks just fine. :)
