What's fastest way to find a high pagerank partner - I'll link-reciprocate or buy a listing. I think I need only 1 site pointing to me..say pagerank 7. My site has novel, patented products so this I'm sure will help with the interest factor.
I can also make a special offer with my unique product for my partner's customers - if his site is relevant enough.
Any other value I can propose besides the above angles?
I just saw a pagerank 8 company. Here's the idea: THEY are in a small nich business. I bet they don't even know what pagerank is! I asked for reciprocity. We'll see. I think most of the 8's these days are nich businesses. Makes sense, no?
Optimized my site 2 wks ago. Went from zero to 4. Only links to me are low pagerank.
Well, I would advise a little patience. Two weeks is not much time- certainly not enough to build something that is going to last. We all want to make money or experience success quickly, including myself, however one of the things I've learned to live with is that building something that lasts takes time.
Two weeks is a short time period and I'd say that your results so far are fine. Keep at it. Do it every day at least one hour a day. Dig around through the directories. Dig around through search engine result pages. Dig around through the link pages of all the potential link partners you discover. Truly, there are a great many potential partners for you to find, but unless you deploy a small army to dig them out for you, it's not going to happen right away.
Be wary of gimmicks and short cuts. Nothing succeeds as well as putting in the daily work.
Creating a solid base of inbound links (recips and one-way inbounds) is the foundation of a successful website. Put the time into it to do an excellent job.
