We have been discused the Arelis tool many times. So the question is: how do you use it to detect your back links? It finds just listed in SE back links to your site.
Any tips?

Silverbytes, the only way to develop a complete list of inbound links is to spider every page on the web. Since most of us don't have the time, computing power, or bandwidth to do that, we rely on search engines to do that and report the links. That's imperfect, of course, particularly in the case of Google's link: search, but it's about the only thing you can do.
Your logs may provide some specifics, too, but of course you may have many links that never get clicked (and hence never show up as a referrer).
