Two different links on the same page

Will SE's pick both up?

Let's say Site A is unrelated to Site B (referring to ownership, not content).

A single page on Site A links to 2 separate pages on Site B (each with unique URL's and content). Anchor text is also different.

Will the search engines follow both links and treat them distinctly, or will "credit" be given for only one link? In other words, is link popularity transferred through both pages or just one? If it is transferred through both, is it diluted?

Typically, yes. As far as dilution, I would think most would have a threshold at some point. In other words, doing a super site map on a single page with all hrefs pointing to a single external domain's different pages might not be the best way to spread the power.
