Do marketbankerlinks help you with PR?

the URL leads to you but it's a marketbanker URL

Will it help with PR or will marketbanker get it all?
I need to buy a few links anyway on one or two selected sites, just not sure if I should buy plain text links...

when I hover over the link it shows the website's URL not marketbankers- does that mean anything?
I believe these links do transfer PR, anybody else?
