Linking to Directories

There was a message about linking to a list of directories in:

[webmasterworld.com...]

If I got a link from from all these directories(there are 62), what would i expect to happen to my PageRank? And would you recommend getting links from these directories?

It can get you PR4/5 easily if you get 50-100 Good Quality Real Direct Links from PR1-4 links. That is a real scenario I tested 2 weeks back. I did 100 links for a Pharmacy Client and he got PR4 within 3-4 weeks. He was PR0 when I started.

So it means if you have Quality, you have Ranks and Traffic and Top Positions...that's all you need.
