KW search on our buddy pages.

I don't know about anybody else but I am getting a few refers a day from other members buddylink pages.
They could be the actual members looking through the link or maybe a diligent websurfer that recieved the page from a SE.

What is the possibility of having a keyword search field available to search the buddy link directory on our pages.
Make this field an option for members to put on there pages or have the code in the refresh. So when someone gets a members page as a result of a search for widgets there is a way to locate the site that sells widgets.

This way if a surfer got to our pages that ranked high on a SE they would be able to access all of the members pages through a new search.

Oh ok, I see. A big part of what we do is UUWMSU: (Unique, Unique, We Must Stay Unique) - all our pages are unique. Random links, unique titles, filenames, etc. By placing a big old link back to search engine world, even a form, we would give the spiders a direct path to follow to the source. Not good, not good, not good at all.

We try to stay as low key as possible - let the pages work, and random surfers that hit pages, can random surf right back out via a link, or via your menu. This is why it is important that the pages look good, have a menu to the rest of your site, and look like the rest of your site.
