1 page web site

I think there is a definite scope of improvement over here. Can you add some more content? If you need some ideas you can visit Content, Writing and Copyright [webmasterworld.com] to get some ideas.

As far as getting links are concerned this thread might be helpful.

How can I get inbound links? [webmasterworld.com]

HTH :)

Welcome, bison1947. Been lurking a bit? ;)

Just to clarify, the important links to improve your traffic are inbound links, i.e., links from other sites to yours. Mil2k's suggestions and other threads will give you plenty of ideas on how to develop inbound links.

Also, while one-page sites can perform well, more content is generally a good thing.

Hi bison1947 and welcome to WebmasterWorld! ;)

What other members have said in true and the threads pointed out are a good read, however, the way I read your post -- you need to know "how to create a link... right?

Assuming this is correct (not to insult your intelligence) in your text editor or html editor highlight the text (or image) and normally on the top toolbar you will find in "edit" or "insert" menu a selection called "hyperlink" or just "link" (depress the selection).

In the dialogue box that appears -- type in the web location where you want to link to go e.g. [webmasterworld.com...] and depress ok (or add).

The hyperlink is now embedded on the text (or image) and you can save and post to your website.

You should check to ensure the "link to" page appears, if not recheck the link location (or web address, also called URL).

Please excuse me if you already know this, your:

Sounded like a plea. :)

Good Luck!
