Wow...what a inbound link jackpot

I have a new site with zero pr.....I have been scouring the web looking for decent inbound links. Yesterday, I found a business directory site with an Alexa of 74,000 and pr of 6 on the index page. I got a keyword anchor link on the index page for a tiny sum of money near the top of the page just below the navigation. I know this will do wonders for traffic as the anchor is centered prominent on the home page - but will this also ensure I get reindexed by Google a lot faster? I almost feel guilty - the webmaster gave away prime realestate......get this $10.00 a month. I think I may buy a lottery ticket today :)

I dumped that Alexa tool bar a month ago. I wondered why my rank was moving up and up. Sure traffic had been increasing. I have been accessing mail from web mail and it was counting the figures. So what may be 74,000 on Alexa may not be very accurate and misleading.

Nice find, LateNight. One can even find free PR6s, but ten bucks a month is certainly not a bad deal factoring in the direct click potential from what appears to be a fairly busy site.
