using LinkToYou to increase link popularity?

I've observed that my rank has decreased in google for couple of my keywords and I think it's because of my link popularity.
What is the best tool to burst that and
Using LinkToYou can banned me from google.

Don't understand the original post. If you use Linktoyou Google may penalize you.

ok I understand that google may penalizes me if I use LinksToYou ... I have to delete this for my site:)
But what can I do to increase my link popularity....
There is any other tool (method) to do that.
Where I can find links from another sites?....Does anybody wants to change links? If yes, Where I can find those people?

fmilitaru, if you read through the past threads here, you'll find some great instruction on how to build inbound links.

There aren't any shortcuts that don't carry significant risks. Any link farm or link exchange program is likely to carry a substantial penalty risk.

So, identify good sites and contact them... but definitely read some of the past wisdom here. There are definitely ways to identify and contact other sites that will make your program more productive.

There are also link hunting/link management tools like Zeus, but these aren't risk-free either. At times, Google seems to penalize Zeus-generated directories, and there was just a post from a new Zeus user who got dropped by his ISP after blasting out a couple of hundred link requests. If you use ANY tool, use common sense and be careful.

was mispelled, my guess is you were missing an "m"

regarding linking, there are no shortcuts, tools as mentioned above are available, but tweak or hand finish if you use them.
