does anyone know of a spanish translation software that has has the following specs?

- Programmable interface
- Runs on Unix
- Can take in variable length string and translate it in a automatable process
- Scriptable or fully programmable
- Does not need root level access to install

let me check ... i had something a acouple of years ago that was useable ... not super accurate for my application, but might work for you ... need to dig for it
