Unfortunately this means nothing to me when I actually pull the results from the net while searching google and look at the sites that are number 1.
Without the keyword you have no hope, with some keyword phrases you can get to number one by repitition continually, some you can get there by using the keyword once. All depends on the amount of competition I think and who wants it more.
- Mention main keyword within first 5 words
- Don't use it more than once per 50 words
- Better to use it once about every 75 words
- Words before & after the keyword are important
- Use keywords within phrases for best results
- Use main keyword very near the end of page
- Use exact keyword phrase in text link
- Use keyword in page title & description
- Use keyword in page headline <h1> preferably
- Use keyword phrases in sub headlines <h2 or h3>
- Where it makes sense, bold or italicize keyword
- Get links from another site where the link name is your keyword phrase.
