survey form scripts related

hi,

there are now file-sharing sites where you can get paid when person downloads your files. the site basically makes money from the monetized ads on the page your download link is on. one site uses cpa-related ads, like a survey page, that needs to be filled out before one is redirected to the download files.

my question- is there a script available that does this. i'm here because i can't seem to find the right 'keywords' to search for this.
*(now i'm talking about using a 'vendor's promo page to download files, not a (my) created page.

Hi Alex,

I did a bit of research but couldn't turn anything up. I think if there was a script for this, it would be server-side (like PHP or ASP) not client-side (like JavaScript).
