we have a home page with many small thumbnail images or icons. when mouse over them, large images pop up. it works fine if we open the website and let all the small and large images fully load. but, if we open or refresh the page with cursor on the position of any thumbnail or icon and the images are not fully loaded, the IE simply dies with an error message window:
Internet Explorer cannot open the internet site http:.....
Operation aborted
if i hit OK, the screen will go dead "The page cannot be displayed..."
the thing is, if the cursor is not on the thumbnails or icons, everything works fine.
anybody knows what went wrong and how to fix it?
