Can Chami HTML-Kit be installed into usb jumpdrive?

Since FireFox, Thunderbird can be ported into USB jumpdrive, is there a way I can install Chami's HTML-Kit into usb jumpdrive to keep my work load organized? If there is such a way, an url would be appreciated.

i downloaded hkPortablePath.zip yesterday which is made to correct path issues when the program is being run from a usb drive.
