Dreamweaver's "Go to URL" and Google

Is DW's "Go To URL" safe for Google?

For PR/Google reasons, I would like to change the links from my product info page to my order page from standard text links to using Dreamweaver's "Go To URL" behaviour which looks like this:

1.) Does anyone see anything wrong with this Googlewise?

2.) Could, or better yet, WOULD Googlebot follow the internal URL "order-green-apples.htm" by virtue of the ".htm" much in the way some here suppose that googlebot may consider as a (external) link any text with "www." or ".com" in it, regardless of the lack of the "a href" tag? (Gee, I hope that was clear.)

No, google doesn't follow JS links.
