Software Issue - Form Button

When you insert a text field in DWMX, it use to ask me whether or not I would like the form tag included,
by mistake I agreed and clicked on never ask me again. I would like to change that option so that it asks
me whether I would like the Form tag included.

I think that would be in the preferences section. You can undo a lot of those "never ask me again" things.
