Anyone here having problems running dreamweaver mx 2004 on os X 10.3.3 I can't even get the app to open, it just crashes right away (using a trial version) any help or insight would be great, thanks! oh yeah, it doens't work on 10.3.5 either

That's a known issue, and there's a "Hotfix" at the Macromedia site that you can download. (Sorry, I don't have the exact url handy, but go to [macromedia.com...] and look in their support area for "hotfix".)
