I only ask because I've always been an anti-IDE/text-editor-only sort of guy, but I had to use Dreamweaver MX for a book I've been editing recently, and I must admit be being really impressed by its ability to hammer out boiler plate code on double-quick time. Sure, it makes a few errors that means you have to go in and clean up what it produces, but on balance I still found this to be a much faster way of producing pages than hacking the code manually. True, it only runs on WierdOS or OS X, but, all other things being equal, I'm seriously thinking about getting myself an iBook so's I can hammer code on the train going to and from work each day and then cross load everything onto my Linux machine when I get home. I mean, it's actually fun!
Of course, being given a free copy of Studio MX for OS X (a beta-tester's bonus) may have biased my opinion, but I was wondering what every one else thought.
